At present the competition calendar is on hold due to the Corona-Virus pandemic. The Club is working closely with Swim Wales regarding the reinstatement of the competition programme and will update members as and when the programme is reinstated and how this will happen safely.
The following information therefore relates to how competitions were managed by the Club prior to the onset of COVID-19.
Head Coach Dai Thomas reviews and selects the key competitions that the Club will enter into for the year ahead. Meet selections are made on the basis of short and long courses, open event opportunities to qualify for regional and national events as well as both Level 1 (elite) and Level 3 (development) meet choices.
This programme maybe subject to change during the season.
As a family friendly swimming club and in recognition of the ongoing commitment given by both swimmers and their families, a range of social events and activities are organised throughout the year.
The annual Club presentation evening usually takes place towards the end of the summer following the Club Championships. Details of the forthcoming events are listed below with further information to follow particularly in terms of how they will be managed in line with COVID-19.
